Forza sync fail

If I may ask, what is the device that you’re using in playing the game?

Well I played Forza 5 for the first time in ages and had to wait a while for the sync to happen and when it got to 100% it informed me the sync had failed, so I tried again and that worked fine.

However with Trials Fusion no matter how many times I retry it always fails, other games like Forza, Horizon 2 and Riptide can fail to sync at time but a retry usually works. Not with Fusion which does not seem to do the same level of negotiating that the
other games seem to do, just a quick check and fail.

Is it possible to get the data for Fusion removed from the cloud so the data on the concole can be re-uploaded?

Your save is gone i'm afraid.

For some reason Forza 5/Horizon 2 sometimes have an issue syncing with the cloud server,will get to 99% & fail.

If you had tried to sync it again it would of synced properly or given you the option to use an older save.

I feel your pain,i lost a save with about 150 hours worth of gameplay on Forza 5

It's an issue with all Forza games on the xbox one.

The problem has been there since Forza 5,i lost over 200 hours worth of gameplay.

For some reason Turn 10 haven't fixed it properly yet.

It has something to do with the cloud save not syncing,it doesn't happen often but if it does the sync will get to 99% then fails.

Unfortunately if you don't try to sync it again & the game starts then your saves are gone.

Not sure why but it is a rare problem with the Forza games.

Sometimes your cloud save will not sync up properly & you need to sync it again if the first time fails.

Unfortunately if you've started the game & it's reset your career etc. then there's nothing you can do to get your old save back.

Had this myself with Forza 5,lost over 200 hours of gameplay,money,cars etc.
