    Just wondering if anyone else is having sound issues with Forza? I have made it up to racing the aventador and the sound almost seems glitchy. It was fine before but racing in the S series the sound problems have arisen. Anyone else?

    Forza 5 Sound Problems ?

    This is a VERY common problem worldwide associated with
    Forza 5    . Some of this even carried over into Forza Horizon 2 since they are using the same game engine. But it is MUCH worse in Forza 5. Its one of the reasons I hardly ever play Forza 5. Luckily F5 was free for me..

    One thing I've discovered is that yes, clearing the Persistent storage will work, (for 1 maybe 2 races) especially well (maybe 5 races or so) if the clearing of the alternate MAC (which forces a reboot, not sure it does anything else if you don't have an
    alternate MAC defined), BUT the issue always comes back. I've been a Forza faithful since original xbox and original Forza, this issue is maddening tho, to the point where I don't want to hear anything about Forza 6 until they get the noise issue with Forza
    5 worked out. Just my .02 - since this has been a problem since 'go' on Forza 5 and continues to be... looks like there isn't going to be a fix? Anyone heard anything from MS or Turn10?

    Contacted Microsoft Support regarding this issue, was advised to 'return the game' that there is an issue on the disc.... anyone have a digital copy of the game (not on BluRay) that is having the issue? Anyone else think it odd that Microsoft would say
    "our disc distribution of Forza 5 is crap so return it"? Is the digital version crap as well? Is Forza 6 going to be crap as well, and only suitable for the deaf or those who like to reboot every race to not hear distortion and static? Seems like if this
    were a universal problem there would be a heck of a lot more complaints on this thread and others... Has anyone else opened a "case" with Microsoft to report it?

    tried ddb32606 solution and it worked. I'm happy it has stopped the problem, but I want to know why it happens. This is what I hate about MSoft. You always have to intervene somewhere. Never have problems like this with Apple. Starting to think I should
    have bought PS4.
