Forza progress not transferred to one s to series x

Note: I am just a fellow gamer and member here in the community. Not connected or affiliated with Xbox/Microsoft.

So long as you signed in with the same profile or gamertag you are using on Xbox one, you should be able to access it on the Xbox series X as well since the license is associated on the account itself and saved games are saved in the cloud automatically if the console is always connected to the internet.

Let us try to check on that. Usually, games and other downloadable content (DLC) you buy appear among your games and apps and begin installing automatically. To check:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

2. Under Games, you'll see all installed games listed.

If you’ve purchased titles digitally for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and use the same account to sign in to Xbox Series X|S, the chances are good you’ve already got games ready to be installed. To check:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

2. Choose Full library > All owned games. If a game you own hasn’t yet been installed on your console, you’ll see a download icon on the game title. Selecting the title will prompt you to install the game if you want to play it.

Keep in mind that this would only apply to games that support Smart Delivery, which is a feature that the developers decide to enable. The full library is confirmed here:

GTA 5 is one example that doesn’t support Smart Delivery - meaning that you would unfortunately need to purchase the game again if upgrading to a Series X|S. Your game saves/progress (including your online character) can be transferred, though:

On the EA website it says progress can transfer over between console families, just not cross-platform. Therefore, progress should transfer between Xbox One and Series X like other games.
