Hey i'm with the Same problem on Forza Horizon 4. I Actually played like more than 25 hours and the playtime is stuck on 2 hours. This thing annoys me

Since you only played about 8 hours worth of Trials of the Blood Dragon and SUPERHOT in March, you have have not had three consecutive month of 10 hours or more of featured Games with Gold playtime. Since Trials of the Blood Dragon was March's featured title,
playtime for that title in the month of May would not count toward playtime in May.

That offer required five hours or more of playtime in eligible free to play titles. Since you only had five hours or more playtime in Hand of the Gods and Neverwinter, you did not complete the offer. Last month you only had 4.11 hours in Gwent.
