Forza Motorsports 6 disappeared.

December 2016 my parents purchased an xbox one bundle that included the choice of one free game download out of a few choices. We went and set up the xbox and chose Forza Motorsports 6. Everything was great love the game. A few days ago i went to play it
as it had been a while and it no longer shows up in my games. I spent a lot of time with tech support trying to fix the issue with no luck. I no longer have the email that contained the 25 digit redemption code. I do still have the paper and code that came
with the xbox to get the 25 digit code. With out the 25 digit code i am being told we are out of luck. We have purchased almost all of the dlc for the game and while not as important as the money spent on the game have also lost all of the progress. All of
the dlc shows as owned or installed in the store including the ten year anniversary pack that you can only get of you own the game ot cant be purchased on its own. Any help to resolve this would be great. I just want to get the game back for my dad ots one
of the only games we can play together.
