Forza Motorsports 5 will not go past the car showroom

    Forza Motorsports 5 will not go past the car showroom


    Help, I've played this game perhaps 6 times and I've now tried at least 30 times to play it for a 7th time. It begins to load but never gets progresses beyond the card showcase. Once it gets to the end of the showcase it starts over again. I have updated
    the Xbox One and I have unplugged and reconnected and the result is still the same. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. This is a game that I purchased online and downloaded from the store; I do not have discs. Thanks
