    Forza Motorsport 7 will not show up in Xbox app or Microsoft Store


    Have repaired/reset via terminal and via settings > app > advanced settings repair and reset function.

    When searching for the game on the xbox app (PC) it says owned, however when clicking on it, there is 3 dots (...) where download/play would be.

    Tried online support to no avail.

    The product is in my orders as complete.

    It's happening to other users including me, which would mean it is a Microsoft issue. So hopefully, they will fix this soon.

    Tried sign in / sign out

    Tried Microsoft support who point to Xbox support

    Cant use chat/agent as there is an error, after going through virtual assistant to get an agent.

    After entering country/number:

    "Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it."

    "Something went wrong, please try back after sometime."

    Try to reset the Store with "wsreset.exe" command in the W10 search box.

    According to Forza's support article, both games have reached "End of Life" status, meaning the DLC and game can no longer be purchased from the Microsoft Store.

    Forza Motorsport - Forza Motorsport 7 is Leaving the Microsoft Store

    However, this doesn't mean previous owners of this game can't play it anymore. You will still be able to install or play them by installing from Xbox. Just make sure you are connected to the account that is licensed to play. Additionally, you can refer to the troubleshooting available in the Xbox support article below if you encounter a problem:

    If the games cannot be installed using Xbox app. Try to use Microsoft Store and make sure you are signed in to the account that has license of the two games and go to library to see the games title then install.
