Forza Motorsport 7 Keys and Credits

I bought the standard edition of Forza Motorsport 7 a few days ago. I have been checking the play to win sweepstakes page every day but I only get my daily visit key and a key for sharing on Twitter. Also my 5000 rewards credits are not showing on the rewards
page.

Missing rewards credits and "Keys"

I purchased Forza Motorsports 7 on 10/5 and still have not received the 10 keys or the 5,000 rewards credits. Was sent here by the rewards twitter page.

 

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.
