Forza Motorsport 7 DLC Owned but Vehicles not Accessible

Hello, I'm having difficulties with the Forza Motorsport 7 downloadable content. I purchased the game before everything was taken off the market and when I purchased the game, I proceeded to buy all add-on packs with it through the game marketplace (not Microsoft Marketplace). I ended up uninstalling the game after my extended storage broke and I needed space, but have now gotten enough space and reinstalled the game. However, almost none of the add-on vehicles are in my garage or are available to purchase and I can't find the add-ons installed in my "games & apps". However, when I go to the in-game marketplace and I look at the vehicles and select one, it says I already have the content, meaning I should I have the vehicles in my garage, but I don't. This is super frustrating as I spent a lot of money on the add-ons and now have almost no access to any of the vehicles. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi AlanAldrich, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Hi there,

I attempted this and it did not work. Forgot to mention I'm playing on the Xbox One, so the button on the front is not much of a button at all. It didn't seem to do a hard reset like you mentioned. Is there another way to sync the game data? Thanks for your help.

You needed to purchase the DLC before July 29th to be eligible to win the base game.

''Xbox Game Pass members who purchased Forza Motorsport 7 DLC prior to July 29 get a token for the game via the Xbox Message Center. Players who owned Forza Motorsport 7 and its DLC prior to September 15 will still be able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal.''

I think it is a dlc in Forza Horizon 4 but it's in motorsport 7 too.
