Forza Motorsport 7 Deluxe edition: bought online but can`t download

Issue with Forza Motorsport 7 Deluxe edition!

This morning (25-11-2018) I bought Forza Motorsport 7 Deluxe edition, but I cant`t downoad it.

I paid the costs but nowhere on my account can I found that I bought the game.

Can someone help me out with this?

Bought download version - want disc version

5 minutes ago I bought Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition. Too late I realized that I bought the download version. Is it possible to cancel this and buy the disc version?

Hi, check at https://account.microsoft.com in payments & billing, purchase history. Make sure you log in with the same details you use for your Xbox.

I did the following actions:

1- reset the xbox: no result

2- removed the account en added it again: no result

On the Xbox it is visible at the order history, see screenshot.

When you go to ther xbox store to download it you only have the option to buy it.

The problem is solved!

I called with Microsoft/Xbox about the issue, and they explained what sometimes happens.

It was an issue with the transfer of the money. When using the "ideal" banktransfer sometimes the money tranfer to Xbox/Microsoft is delayed, even when you see on your own account you have made the transfer correct. When the bank transfer is done and the
money is at their account you cabn download the games

Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

This is the best suggestion. If it still doesn't appear - I would recommend going to the game hub and see if you can download there, otherwise the purchase may have not gone through.
