Forza malfunction

Sorry to hear it. What exactly happens when you try to download things? Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it until it shuts down?

You may want to check your purchase history (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to verify you were not charged at all for the digital copy, because it's not supposed to do that...

As for the DLC issue: have you, or anyone else on the console, ever 'purchased' the cars in-game for free? If so, that would be the reason why that is not appearing; the free download of DLC cars is a one-time-only thing.

Hi there; You may want to also try raising this as an issue on the Forza Motorsports Forums (forums.forzamotorsport.net) they're generally quite helpful there - may be able to assist with
your free DLC cars not being available to you.

No one has purchased the dlc cars for free yet on my console. I downloaded all of them at once then when they finished they werent free. Also my limited edition cars did this too then one day they all became free after i already bought most of them

It lets me buy them normally with either x amount of credits or tokens but they r supposed to be free for the first purchase

I also checked to see if i did get a free digital copy and i believe i did. When i click on it in the store without the disk in it says play and not buy.
