Forza hot wheels not working anymore

We've just completed the forza horizon hot wheels expedition but now if we try to play it again we can't. It shows on the map and it says we own it but it's not installed and when we try to install it nothing happens.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

After that try installing the add-on again.

I purchased the Forza Hot Wheels but it only loads Forza Horizon? How do you get the Hot Wheels game?

Is your son playing Forza, and wants the hot wheels add on, or is he wanting to play the specific hot Wheels game?

When it's showing you uninstall is that show on the Hot Wheels pack or just for Forza Horizon 3?

If it's on the Hot Wheels pack then that means it's already installed.
