    Forza Horizons 3 PC Download Problem


    I purchased FH3 Delux from Amazon yesterday and received my key quickly. I redeemed it online and it shows in my account. However when I go to download it in My games, it doesn't show up. I get a "Manage" button instead when I pull up the game in the store.
    I am running Windows 10 64bit and am an "Insider" in the slow ring so I have had the anniversary update for a while. I have restarted the PC several times, checked for updates, installed new graphics drivers for good measure.

    I called support yesterday and got the excuse about how the game was listed on the status page except it never was. They said it should be a few hours, but no change this morning. At this point I have an $80 game thats added to my account but I can't even
    download it. Pretty disappointed in how this has gone down.

    Forza Horizons 3 PC Download Problem

    I have a solution after talking with Microsoft for the 3rd time. I had to reset my "store"

    -Open up run by "CTRL+R"

    -Type in Wsreset.exe

    -Press enter

    -A black windows will pop up leave it run, then the store will pop up. Logout of the store, then log in

    -Use the searchbox to search for "Forza" click on Horizon 3 and you should have an "install" button instead of manage!

    -Begin the long download.

    If you visit the Windows Store on your PC, are you able to download Forza Horizon 3 from there without any issues?

    Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

    You don't need Gold for a Forza Horizon 4 Club. I was able to join a Forza Horizon 3 club aswell on pc. And on PC Gold doesn't exist

    Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.
