    Forza Horizon - Xbox Game pass renewing message wont' launch the game


    Hello, I recently bought the game via Xbox Store, to own it. Not for Game Pass which I don't have. But when I try to launch it the console won't let me, showing the following message "looks like you need to renew your Xbox Game Pass". As I said, I bought
    it to own it, so I can't understand why should I be obliged to suscribe to Xbox Game Pass to play it-

    Hi,

    I believe the game pass version of the game is the standard edition, this edition doesn't the early access.

    For early access you need to buy the "Ultimate" version.

    As stated by the xbox team at E3, Forza Horizon will be playable for game pass subscribers at launch day.

    I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
    download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

    I bought it on 14-Sep with three friends. They received the codes but not me.

    I downloaded the update and restarted but only non game-pass games launched except Minecraft. Sea of thieves and Forza horizon still only launch and sit on the first loading screen forever and then crash with no errors.
