Forza horizon premium not downloading xbox x

Thank you I guess I'll keep saving for a X BOX SERIES X forza 5 horizon premium edition.im disabled can't go outside much .so I really miss my Xbox.

According to the support site:

"Your digital content will be delivered directly to your console during set-up; no codes required. All included digital content will be attached to the first Microsoft Account that redeems it."

Just make sure that you're signed in under the account where you were able to get the game bundle. Perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that follow the steps below:

Go to My games and apps > Full Library > Owned games > Locate and install the game from there.

As noted already, unfortunately only the Standard Edition of FH5 is available on Game Pass.

You can always purchase the add-ons bundle if you access FH5 through Game Pass: Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle | Xbox or if you would prefer to own the game with the premium add-ons, then you would need to purchase the Premium Edition

You receive the Car Pass, the Welcome Pack, VIP Status and the Hot Wheels DLC releasing July 19th with the Premium add-on.

Hello, I have also bought the premium edition of Forza horizon 5 on the PC. I says that the game is downloaded to 100% but both of the expansions are unbaling me to finish the full download of the game , what should I do ?
