    Every time when I decide to play online the error shows up but when my brother plays in a different account this error won’t show but when I switch to my account I get this error by the way we use the same PC

    I can not go into event lab and more in for a Horizon, fivebecause it is say to change ur privacy and safety settings

    This sometimes happens to me when I go into the Forzathon shop but it normally works next time.

    Given this is happening all the time, I am wondering if you have been given a ban as that might explain it....check here as this will show if you have any active Enforcement on your account:

    That's why I think it might be due to some glitch or even restrictions on your account. Try to report it to the forza team to see if they could identify where it might be the issue. :)
