Forza Horizon doesn't start anymore

There is a possibility that this internal disk change is causing conflict with the secondary disk, we can try some extra procedures, in case it doesn't work, I would recommend you to perform a format of this secondary disk and reinstall what you have saved.

Use the Windows search engine and type "PowerShell", Then run it as administrator.

On the Administrator Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLLHN

Install Gaming Services, restart the device and try to run the game.

thanks for the reply. I went through all the options, but sadly still no progress. I maybe should mention that 3 weeks ago my Windows Harddrive broke and I had to buy a new one and set a new Windows up. The harddrive with Forza on it is still the same before that happend. Could it be that there is some "old permission" from the old system which are now confusing Windows and now the permission are messed up? I also tried to take the owner ship of that folder manually with cmd "takeown" command. Was successfull but didn't change anything.

it's already the second time that my game Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition doesn't want to start anymore. Played the day before, it just doesn't work anymore for no apparent reason (the first time this error occurred after activating the Forza Horizon 3
Duracell GTA Spano DLC, is it possible to remove this DLC from my account?).

The following error message appears when you try to start the game:

Forza Horizon 3 is not currently available under your account. The error code is 0x803F8001, if you need it.

Which I've already tried to solve:

• Windows Update initiated
• NVidia graphics card driver updated
• Game Uninstalled and Reinstalled from the Microsoft Store.
• Xbox app newly installed
• Press Windows + R, enter WSReset and press Enter.
• PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft. WindowsStore) InstallLocation +' \AppxManifest. xml'; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}" run as administrator via CMD
• Appsdiagnostic10. diagcab executed

Unfortunately, the game still does not start.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. To better assist, can you please answer the questions below:

1) When you initially were playing the game, did it crash while you were playing preventing you from relaunching it?
2) Are you receiving any error codes while attempting to launch the game? Can you please provide examples of what you're seeing when you attempt to launch Forza? For example, are you stuck at the title screen, does the game not attempt to open at all, etc.

In the meantime, please visit My Game is Not Launching for troubleshooting tips on how to resolve the error. If none of the troubleshooting tips provided do not resolve the error, please respond back to this thread with answers to the question above.
