Forza Horizon 5 wont start in xCloud after buying "Welcome Package"

Part of the content of this package is not installable. Look for ''Forza horizon 5 Expansion One'' and ''Forza Horizon 5 Expansion Two'' in the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app and try to install.

''The Welcome Pack, Car Pass and VIP Pass will not show as content when viewing Game and add-ons on devices. This is located and managed within the game itself and is available once the tutorial/first chapter is completed. Players can validate ownership by doing one of the following:

Complete the first Chapter in the game, which will unlock the content''

^ And COD games. No game series needs to put one out EVERY single year. Sheesh so many developers are starting to do that now. Even Forza will be putting out a game every year now. It will bounce between Forza and the Horizon series. Horizon 1 year,
Forza the next year. I wont be buying Horizon either and I am a huge fan of Forza. I just cant justify buying a developers game EVERY single year.

Sorry mate, already looked in there and there’s nothing forza related including Packages\Microsoft.624F8B84B80_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs\, that is suppose to be the forza horizon 5 file name. Any other suggestions?

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app and Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, do the same for the Xbox app, try launching the game again using the Xbox app and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Solution 3:

Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
