Forza Horizon 5 unable to sync data

Hi guys.

I gave my account to my brother so he can play forza horizon 5 and when i singed in to play the game won't sync my data and it's saying use offline or try again and when I try again it skips syncing and start all over like it's the first time i play the game and all my game progress is lost including level, money and cars.

please if anyone faced this issue before and solved it help me out.

I tried to check the error code on the Xbox Support but there is no related article shows up. As the last resort, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Unfortunately no luck in this method,

I get error code (0x83860012)

Sorry for the trouble. Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
