Forza Horizon 5 Server Connection Issues.

Good day! Some time ago I've found a problem with Forza Horizon 5. Unfortunately, I can't play online with my friends because the game doesn't connect to the game servers. Only error ‘you have been disconnected’ appear. I've tryed a lot of solutions such as Disable IPv6, Update network drivers, Allow the game through Windows Firewall, Teredo reboot and VPN. Windows 11 22H2 NAT type: Moderate. Thanks for any help.

I tried this last night on Forza Horizon 5 and I couldn't even connect to the servers.

There are a few things you can try to resolve this issue:

Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable.

Restart your router or modem.

Clear your console's cache and power cycle the device.

Make sure that your game and console are fully updated.

Try connecting to a wired connection instead of wireless.

Try disabling any VPN or proxy services you may be using.

Check to see if the Forza Horizon 5 servers are currently experiencing any issues or maintenance.

Thank you Anderson for your reply. I can say with complete confidence that Internet connection is perfect. There are suggestions that the problem is with the device or with the account.

I have issues with my Forza Horizon 5 game, by more then 5 weeks I cannot connects to server/server unavailable so can't get full potential from game. Can anyone help me with this issues or have suggestions, I was tried reach through support but unsuccessfully no answer at all.

Ensure that you make a note of any specific error messages that you receive on screen.

If you are connecting via wifi, then it may be that your connection is unreliable or unstable and is affecting your online play - although this would affect other titles as well. You can test your network connection in the XBOX settings menus. However, if possible, a hard wired connection via ethernet cable is always best.
