Forza Horizon 5: Remove Speed-Dependant Steering Sensitivity and Center Deadzone For Gamepad

I am using a gamepad with thumbsticks that are apparently far better than Microsoft could have imagined. I want to completely remove the steering center deadzone and speed-dependent sensitivity. Setting Steering Axis Deadzone Inside to 0 and Steering to Simulation does not completely remove these effects. Is there any way to do this

Where is the file(s) that contains the parameters which affect steering? Even if they are encrypted, I can force my way in and open them in a text editor.

Unfortunately, I believe so. If setting them up to 0 did not completely remove their action, there will be no way to do this.

The other settings do not affect this. I think you're telling me that there is no way to fully remove these modifiers.
