Forza Horizon 5 Premium edition not giving me what it says

They don't state that they will release DLC not included, that's my gripe.

They don't claim that you will get every car ever released. They state the amount on the store page.

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 5 premium edition which is meant to come with all future add on's such as car packs and the car pass. I got the car pass and expansions, but the car packs such as the new Italian Exotics car pack is making me purchase the pack even though it should come with the premium edition. Here is proof I have the premium edition. Bare in mind I have claimed other car packs before hand.

I'm also very annoyed by this, they charge an absolute ridiculous amount for the version that makes you believe you will get everything when in fact you don't and they don't make it clear that they will add DLC that isn't included, I'll think twice before bothering upgrading a game pass game in the future.

Car Pass doesn't actually claim to give you all future car packs. It is a limited amount. It doesn't include the recent releases though.
