    Hello , I have a problem with my online in Forza Horizon 5 whenever I try to play online it says « This feature is blocked because your profile does not have sufficient privileges » and I have done the horizon story mode and also played a ton of races so idk why it isn’t working

    Im having the exact same issue as him, the only difference is that this problem has been going on for me since Forza Horizon 5 launched. I'm able to play any other game, including previous Forza Horizon titles online with no issues but Forza Horizon 5 seems to be different in some way. I've heard from some people that certain internet providers are the reason for this, since only people who have these internet services are the ones experiencing this problem, but it seems strange to me considering every other game is playable online so I don't know if there is anything us players can do on our end to fix this.

    I've played Forza Horizon 5 though game pass on my PC the past few months. I decided to buy the standard edition, since I bought the game I cant access online tunes, Forzathon shop, and auction house.

    That’s strange, let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more. For this please try when possible

    A. Sign in Forza horizon 5 with a different account and test the online features

    B. Sign in with your account on a different PC and try accessing the online features from there

    By the way, if maybe you play Forza horizon 4 or other online game. Are you able to experience something similar?

    Forza Horizon 5 starts the game and reports an error (0x800701b1). Reinstalling the game cannot be solved. Enter the game when the network is disconnected.

    I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

    And this happens with only Forza Horizon 5? This does not occur with any other online game that you play?
