Forza Horizon 5 online feature locked, gamertag ban.

Hi, this morning when trying to connect to the online feature in FH5. i got a message - your gamertag has been banned from this feature. i tried to access the Forza Ban info page but it leeps crashing, so I tried online support but had to request several call backs due to being cut off, after the last guy assured me it wouldn't happen again and took my phone number, we got cut off after 35/40 mins, no call back. i requested a 4th call back but have reached the daily limit. i reset the console saving apps, settings and games as was instructed by teck support. i also paid to change my gamertag but still can't access the online feature. According to microsoft, i have no bans or enforcement action on my account. i'm a bit lost as to what to do now.

Forza has 2 types of banning, by microsoft account, or by forza itself.

If there is no punishment from microsoft, it means your account is ok.

The problem, now, is the banishment by force itself.

But mcirosoft can't manage this, you need to contact forza support to let them know exactly what happened.

No, I mean Forza 5/titanfall/minecraft for instance if you click multiplayer it says, due to your recent behaviour you are unable to use this feature, and it says please do something else, with Forza horizon 2 when I click online freeroam the game itself
says you have been banned from this features please go to Forza motorsport.net.

Thanks for replying.

We understand that you are trying to connect to the game's server. There could be two things we need to check why you cannot connect to the game server, is the Xbox Network not allowing you or you may need to unlock more level or challenge before you can access the feature you are trying to use.
