Forza Horizon 5 not reaching the game stage unless I exit Windows Explorer after launching...

Can you verify that your drivers for your device, including your graphics card drivers, are up to date? We also recommend updating Windows if you haven't already.

If you're still having issues after everything is up to date, try the following steps to provide us with more information:

1. Open the task manager before you run the game and keep the window open. While the game is running, check your task manager for any drastic changes in your CPU or GPU temperatures and usage. If it's higher than normal, then you may have to verify whether or not your device has any physical defects. It is possible that the game can cause the device to overheat which will cause Windows to shut down the application.

2. Open System Configuration -> Select the "Services" tab -> Click the "Hide All Microsoft Services" checkbox -> Select the "Disable All" button and select "Apply". This will temporarily stop background services that aren't Microsoft related. Doing this will help you determine whether or not a service is preventing your game from running properly. After testing, make sure to follow the same steps to re-enable the services.

Yes it came out February 2011 a few months after I joined Xbox. It's a great game. Can't wait til Forza Horizon 2. If there's been a Forza 3, Forza 4, Forza 5, I'm sure there will be a Forza 6 unless something comes up. I have Forza Horizon on 360 got it
launch but lost interest in it. FH2 looks more promising and will be running on Xbox 1's better hardware so will have better graphics and being a second version a more fun gaming experience.

WINDOWS key + R >type %appdata% > enter>go back once > go to the search bar and type "forza"> delete every forza horizon 5 related folder/file

After clearing the FH5 folders, reinstall the game and try to launch it

5 was lacking but as a launch title it was expected, I have the same question as listed, Horizon 2 will be here before hand and at this stage it's looking good.
