    Forza Horizon 5: I bought the game 4 days ago and it installed in a day. Then when i try to open the game it reached a black screen and kicked me out of the game. I tried updating drivers, disabling game mode, and almost everything but not reinstalling the game. Then I tried disbaling security while opening the game and an error code appeared, 'instruction 0x00007FF690382052 not read... 0x0000000000000000' and something like that. I bought the game from steam. My device has intel (R) hd graphics 520 and the driver cannot be updated as it is the latest version. I have windows 10 22h2 installed, updated yesterday (18/3/25).

    Please check system requirements because Forza Horizon 5 requires a more powerful GPU than Intel HD Graphics 520. Unfortunately, this GPU may not meet the game's minimum requirements, which could be causing the black screen and crash.

    And make sure that you have the latest versions of DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables installed. You can download them from the Microsoft website.

    Next is to adjust graphics settings. Lower the graphics settings in the game to the minimum. Kindly do this by editing the configuration file if the game doesn't launch.

    Then run the game in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows. Right-click the game executable, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, and choose an older Windows version.

    no, it only happens with forza horizon 5 and i don't get any error code, it just cancels the download by itself

    Forza Horizon 5 starts the game and reports an error (0x800701b1). Reinstalling the game cannot be solved. Enter the game when the network is disconnected.

    I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.
