Forza horizon 5 keeps crashing because of my account

Hi.

I've had a problem since the donut update, that my game keeps crashing on the splash screen on both my pc and my steam deck. I have now found out by my self that if I use a deterrent Microsoft account the game starts no problem. But now all of my process is gone.

Is there any way to fix this by my self or do Microsoft need to do something about this?

Also I have contacted the forza support 2 times and they wont help me. So I hope this works

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about this matter here.

It seems like the issue here may be with your cloud saves because other account can play the game normally.

Have you tried to repair/reset the game already or even reinstall it?

If you've done those steps and same issue, try to set your game offline. While offline, reset the game and start a new save. Then go back online if it lets you choose to use your saves from the cloud then select it to download your saves again from cloud.

I understand. May I know is it happening to all of your games or just on Forza?

Oh, I see. Can you please try to uninstall then reinstall the game then try it once more? Thanks!

Hi.

The command didn't find anything and the game still don't work.

And i'm sure that it isn't a software problem on my pc of 2 reasons, 1. because the problem is the same on my steam deck. 2. because i can læog in to an other count and it works fine.
