Forza horizon 5 I cannot access horizon life

No other problem just horizon life im always on solo play in free roam.

friends/players box should not be grey but white like the other buttons on the right. It's been that way since i started. It says i need to connect to horizon life when i push friends/players. Im on PC steam version

Here is a screenshot of my online page notice friends/players is greyed. No i don't get no error message cept when i click on the grey box it says you must sign into horizon life. Well isn't this supose to happen automatic? I click on horizon life nothing happens. I am signed in but not to horizon life.

It really is important for us to get this worked on so you can get back to gaming. However, you need to be consulting either Steam or Forza Support for this.
