Confused, bought this for my son using my ee phone bill. Just checked the game and it says I own the expansion but on my xbox account it says declined and can't find it on xbox itself.

Since it's an add-on and not a full game, it won't show on it's own on the console. If you highlight Forza Horizon 5 and press the menu button on the controller, then go to Manage Game you can find a list of add-ons available for the game so you can check there to see if it shows as installed or available for him to install. If not and since your account says the purchase was declined, then the purchase didn't go through and would need to be purchased again.

The internet says that the Hot Wheels expansion does not release until 7/19. It is currently 7/13.

It became available to install on June 19, but it won't be released to play until July 19.

I am having an issue aswell I have the game update + dlc installed and I still can’t launch the hot wheels expedition to start the dlc it’s asking me to install a already installed dlc pack while saying I don’t have it installed.
