    Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels


    Hi there,

    I just purchased the FH5 Hot wheels add on and I managed to go in and do the intro where you race around the track in a sleek looking car with a jet flying around you, showing you the ropes, very similar to when you first play FH5. It's all super awesome! But when that is over, it sends me to the map, it tells me I have to set a route to HW training and that is where the issue is. It will just stay on the map. It let's me move around and set a route but it wont back out from that map. I've tried pressing all the buttons but it just won't budge from that map page.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

    First, make sure that the Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is showing up on your order history, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should see any of these stated as "completed":

    Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle

    Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition

    Please let me know what you will see because as I have checked there is no "Ultimate Stunt Edition" for Forza only for the game HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED.

    Also, make sure that the Hot Wheels expansion is installed on your Xbox by following the steps below:

    "1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

    2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen."
