Forza Horizon 5 freezes and then stops running or crashes, is there anything else that can...

Hello,

Playing Forza Horizon 5 on xbox game pass on PC freezes and stops running or crashes. No error code displayed. Below is the long list of "fixes" I have applied and yet still having the problem and it's getting worse. I only have 2 games in the xbox app downloaded that I play right now.
First off, I am playing on a HP Desktop PC with a Ryzen 5 3500 and a Nvidia RTX 3060ti, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD.

I doubled checked my virtual memory and it is correct. I have repaired the game through settings/apps/repair, ran the gaming repair tool multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Forza, checked and repaired game files through xbox app, made sure drivers are updated, checked for malware or virus, turned off Windows Defense, ran Forza as Admin, deleted all Windows Credentails starting with xblGrts multiple times, restarted PC, checked hardware, Lowered in game graphics, limited background apps to a lower FPS, ran sfc /scannow and chkdsk and restarted PC, reinstalled game to a different location, and Im sure Im forgetting something or another but I feel like I have done it all. This is the only game that does this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
