Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Before we troubleshoot further, can you please confirm if you have a Game Pass Ultimate account by logging into your account here: Microsoft Account

Once logged in, you should be able to see your subscription type at the top left of the page. If you notice that it says "Game Pass", you will need an Ultimate subscription in order to play Game Pass games on PC.

Additionally, you may also view your subscription type directly from the Xbox app on your PC by selecting your profile (top right) > Settings > Account to view your account type.

First of all, I advise you to check that you use Windows Update and verify that the system does not have any pending updates.

Open Settings; Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.

Select "Windows Update"

Click on "Check for Updates":

After this, Windows will search for available updates, including graphics drivers. If there are updates, they will be downloaded and installed automatically, however I recommend that you go directly to the official website of your graphics card manufacturer and verify that you have the most recent driver.

After you have completely updated your PC, you could try to repair your game data quickly.

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps

Search for the game name and select Advanced Options

Select Repair

Go back to the Xbox app on your PC and try installing or updating it again

If the problem persists, try the steps above again, but select Reset instead of Repair

Please note that repairing the data will not delete any other data from the console. Please let me know how it went once you finish the process.
