Forza Horizon 5 error stating 1047-0 profile is no longer available

I have been getting this message now for at least a month. I don't have this issue with Forza 5 on Series S/X. I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times, as well as reinstalling windows. The message stands. I paid good money for this game, and for game pass services. This is unacceptable. Please fix this asap.

Okay, don’t worry. What were the results from the other solutions you’ve tried?

Which Windows version and OS Build are you currently on? Press the Windows key + R, type winver in the Open box, then select OK, or go to Settings > System > About for more detailed info with your PC specs.

Are you experiencing this issue with the Microsoft version or the Steam version?

Unfortunately, you may need to create a new save. If you decide to try this, then verify your PC is offline/not connected to the internet and launch FH5. Play the game until the intro is complete, quit and go online again, then select the cloud save. This is explained in more detail in the following videos:

i have the same issue and ive tried everything all the following suggestions etc and it still doesnt work .. ive paid good money for this game and i pay for dlc cars that come in weekly i pretty much have ALL the cars . grinded out many many many hours playing then i get this bs and no matter what i do it wont let me in ... im not tech savvy and watching tutorials on how to fix it doesnt help ,, i need voice contact help email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

i legit have all the cars and ive spent alot of money on this account im not making a new game .. this is actual bs ... it really feels like the support team dont give a fly **** and wont help .. this is a big issue

This is the message im getting. I understand this is a known issue. Nothing that has been suggested to try has worked.
