Ive tried the tips and its still not working. and as i writed in the previous message i tried the things from the article too...

We understand that you're experiencing issues downloading Forza Horizon 5. The error code 0x803FB107 is usually related to the Microsoft Store and it usually occurs when there is an issue with downloading or updating an app or game. I'll do my best to help and let's work on this together.

For us to proceed, please perform the following steps:

Note: You can skip the steps you've taken.



1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and strong enough to download the game. You can try resetting your router or modem to see if that helps.



2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache: To do this, open the Microsoft Store app, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Settings". Scroll down to "Clear Cache" and click on it. Restart your computer and try downloading the game again.



3. Reset the Microsoft Store app: To do this, open the Settings app, click on "Apps", find the Microsoft Store app, and click on "Advanced options". Scroll down to "Reset" and click on it. Restart your computer and try downloading the game again.



4. Check for Windows updates: Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. To do this, open the Settings app, click on "Update & Security", and click on "Check for updates". Install any available updates and restart your computer.

5. Update your Windows and device drivers

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

6. Make sure both the Xbox and Gaming Services apps are up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Select Library.
  
• Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
  

7. Make sure you’re signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account

When you open the Xbox app on your device, be sure you sign in to the app using your own Xbox account. You may also need to be signed in to the Store (xbox.com) in order to play a purchased game.

To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

8. Remove and reinstall Gaming Services. Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.
  

9. Try downloading the game on a different device: If you have another device that can access the Microsoft Store, try downloading the game on that device to see if the issue is with your computer.

The game "forza horizon 4 standard edition" does not appear in my library. It does not appear anymore since I reset microsoft store in the settings and applications.
I only have the car pack to download and at the end of the download I have an error: Code: 0x803FB107
