Please try the suggested troubleshooting below:

• Kindly check if the Windows device and the Xbox App is updated.
  
• Install the game on Microsoft Store app. If done, please proceed to next bullet.
  
• Kindly check the network of the Xbox app. Launch Xbox app > Settings > Network > Network Status. If it shows, NAT Type Strict and server connectivity blocked. Kindly contact Internet Service Provider.
  
• Temporary disable or turn off antivirus, antimalware, PC optimizers that may block the game from launching.

Cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, et je ne sais pas si c'est lier mais je peux pas jouer avec mes amis sur forza horizon 4.

il semble que que tu ne ma pas bien comprit se n'est pas ma console qui et banni du live mais seulement mon profile interdit du multijoueur de forza horizon !!

It seems that that thou do my not well understood is is not my console which and banished from the live but only my profile prohibits the multiplayer of forza horizon!
