Forza Horizon 5 Data not syncing

Forza Horizon 5 does the thing where the data doesn't sync, I've tried everything and nothing has worked, I've come to terms with it, while severely disappointed losing all the "rare" cars and all the cars I grinded for (had almost every car in the game) I restarted but now every time I start FH5 I start from the tutorial. Neither FH5 or FH4 are able to sync data, I still have my old saves with everything I once had I just cant sync it, like I've said I've tried everything, from clearing the catch, making sure all services are on automatic, re-installed, nothing works, I don't want to say goodbye to the game but I cant even play it now.

Some items included on the Premium Edition include installation and some don't such as the Forza Horizon 5 Car Pass and Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership which should be available inside of your game immediately.

In this case, simply quit the game then restart your device to re-sync the game data.

In some cases, when a save is lost, they will gift the player the cars that they'd unlocked, so at least you might be able to get those back, even if the rest of your progress is gone. But yeah, see what they say anyway.

However, before that, I would like to ask if you tried more procedures besides the ones you described in your post.

Additionally, may I know if you tried to play the game on another PC, Xbox console or cloud gaming if your country supports it?

Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair.

After that restart your PC and let the game sync.
