Forza Horizon 5 - CTD immediately after launcher goes away, only started after Rally...

After the recent update that occurred for the base Forza Horizon 5 game that coincided with the release of the Rally Expansion, I have been unable to launch the game. This is as far is it gets before it crashes back to the desktop. No errors are logged in Event Viewer. Every other game I have (FH4, Halo Infinite, Steam Ubisoft, EA, etc) will play fine. It is only FH5 that fails, and only recently.

Yes, my system meets the minimum specs (AW x17 with i7-11800H, 32GB of RAM, mobile 3080 RTX, 2TB NVMe OS drive, 4 TB WD Black Gaming NVMe data/games drive.

I've followed every troubleshooting step & also tried opening a ticket using the link from the Forza site. They said it wasn't their issue to troubleshoot since the game didn't actually launch/play, told me to open a Windows ticket, & closed my ticket as "solved".

Is there any way to enable diagnostic logging for the game, since it's not writing to the event viewer?

I have a Process Monitor dump that I collected when reproducing the issue. Is there someone at MS/Turn10 that would be able to use that to narrow down the issue & propose a workaround/develop a fix? If so, how do I get it to them?
