forza horizon 5 crashing when starting up error code 0xc0000005

i installed forza horizon 5 and it keeps crashing and i looked up the error code and it came with 0xc0000005

i tried some "solutions" butt none of them worked

my specs

cpu: intel i7 10750H @ 2.6GHz

ram: 16 gb

gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 1660 Ti

storage: 256Gb + 1TB

does someone have a solution

I've tried doing everything on the link you provided, but the game still doesn't work. Code error 0xc0000005 always in eventviewer.

I was playing Forza Horizon 4, and it seems to crash a lot sooner for some reason, with the same error code 0xc0000005. It seems what I did, didn't fix the problem.

Anyway seeing the solutions you've tried, which were probably all available through Forza support, I suggest you try the alternative below.

I don't know if you tried, but the error 0xc0000005 code you reported is displayed when the system might have corrupted files. Usually, the problem is solved using the tool below.

Download the Create Windows 10 installation media application from the link below, at the end of the download run the application, and then follow the instructions given by the program at the end click on upgrade. Rest assured none of your files will be lost, this is a system restore that will try to fix this error.

I was reviewing the list of known issues of Forza Horizon 5.
Actually, the error 0xc0000005 is one of them.

“Crash - Players are crashing in various places, navigating menus, driving, resulting in a Windows error code: 0xc0000005 (3341500)”

I encourage you to report the problem to Forza support. Don’t forget to share your hardware specifications with them.

There are a number of things that can cause crashes in Forza Horizon 4. It could be another program running or even just needing to update your GPU driver. Here is a link to a thread with some known issues and possible solutions to try. I would make sure
your GPU driver is up to date first.
