Forza Horizon 5 crashing after pressing start in the start menu

Hi, I recently stumbled upon a big problem that causes me to not play FH5 anymore. 3 days ago I was playing FH5 and I closed the game. When I wanted to get back on the game, it suddenly crashed on the starting menu with no errror. This is the first time taht this happens to me. I tried verifing the files on steam, reinstalling Windows, I also tried everything on the internet that could maybe solve my issue. Nothing. It did not fixed a single thing. I want to fix this asap because I want to get all the cars from this week in FH5. If you think you know a solution, please tell me.

David,usually crash errors the biggest cause is the lack of connection to the servers.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

all is updated and i have windows 10 home s

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
