Forza Horizon 5 Can’t Reach Account

I reached out to the Forza Support team about my problem and they told me to contact Microsoft…. Whenever I load in the game and try to start playing, I receive and error code saying “The Forza Horizon profile that you are trying to reach no longer exists.” I am unsure what to do because I am still able to sync my data from the cloud. I’ve watched multiple YouTube videos and searched everywhere and nothing seems to work. Help would be much appreciated.

Hello Cristopher, I am on PC and I’ve bought Forza Horizon 5 from the Microsoft Store. I am not having this problem with other games, but Forza is the only game that I’ve purchased through Microsoft so I can’t really test it on any other games. Thanks.

Hmm, that didn’t seem to work. I do have to say out of all the things I’ve tried today, that’s wasn’t one of them. I’m not sure but I think it’s a problem on Forzas end….. I can sync my data from the could and everything but when I try to play it says “The Forza account you are trying to reach is no longer available.” So I think I’m going to try to submit another ticket that goes more in-depth about it. Thank you!
