forza horizon 5 can't launch

I bought XBOX GAME PASS(PC) few days ago, only game I want to play is forza

unfortunately,can't launch with "pc" xbox game launch(or whatever you call that green icon thing)

the launch helper shows up , but just can't get the game start

that's fine I thought , I just go get it on steam

and again , it still not work

between xbox game launch and steam , there is some situation is same

when i click start , forza 5.exe show up in my task manager and using some CPU、disk、RAM , everything seems fine

but as time goes by(few secend) it stop using CPU、DISK

just using some RAM in the last(297.2 MB RAM everytime)

seems like the forza 5.exe crash

few second later the forza.exe close , nothing happen

the only different is xbox game launch will open gamelaunchhelper.exe ,and this exe work(but game won't start)

if I wait long enough(like 2 or 3 minute) , gamelaunchhelper.exe will show me error "0x12c" and close

Solutions i've tried to do so far:

Verify & repair the game

Create desktop shortcut and launch the game as an administrator using desktop shortcut

Repair/Reset the game

Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files

Login with same account in Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, also make sure data, time, timezone and region is correct on your computer

Install all the Updates in Microsoft Store

Update Windows

Update GPU drivers

Run wsreset command

Repair/reset Xbox app/Store

Ran this command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service

Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game 3 times

still can't launch the game

this is my second time post this

please don't shows me the same copy paste useless suggestion

help me please

I seen some people say that "Quake Champs" and "Forza" crash for similar reasons

in other words , I can get Quake Champs and run it see what happen
(that people says Quake Champs will give you the error code , it's easier to find what makes it crash)

so I just download Quake Champs and start it

and it get the exactly same situation on Quake Champs with forza

no error code , no game , no nothing

using some CPU、disk、RAM at first

few secends later, it stop using CPU、DISK

only using some RAM in the last

and more few second later the .exe close , nothing happen

the only thing i won't try is rebuild system

and yes , the only game can't work on my pc is forza horizn 5

sorry I don't get you right on the first place

about option B

because I use CSM not UEFI , so I can't update to windows 11

I build this PC with all new hardware 2 years ago(new system)
(GPU 3080 + CPU 10700K + 32G RAM)

just can't use UEFI . it can't get in to windows ,I don't know why

so I use CSM , and my pc work just fine

again, all games work fine except forza
