forza horizon 5 auction houuse never working and when i join a convy everyones level 1 ad...

For grayed out auction house on Forza Horizon 5, this means you may not have completed enough of the tutorial, or you had to set up your account privacy settings to allow receiving gifts.

To resolve this, if you are a child, please reach out to your parents/guardian for assistance otherwise please follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://account.xbox.com/Settings and ensure you haven't selected to block or restrict any privacy and online safety features.
   
2. Verify your privacy settings set to "Everyone" for "You can see and upload community creations" and "See other people's Xbox Live profiles (Xbox 360: Profile Viewing)"?
   
3. Double check the age setting for your account and make sure it's over 18 and not listed as a child account.
