Forza Horizon 4

I bought Forza Horizon 4 on Steam more than a year, which I was managed to play for a few hours then it stopped working and spent countless hours trying to make it work with no success.

Now I've joined xbox game pass on PC, so I could play Forza Horizon 4 from cloud at least, however there only the standard versions (Forza Horizon 4, Forza Horizon 4) are available.
However I could find the install option only so I've installed Forza Horizon 4 standard and I was really happy that the game was running on my computer once again. After playing 20-30 minutes I've decided if the game have no issues, then I buy the ultimate version so I could play with all the provided benefits and finally I won't have issues like I have on steam.
However once I bought the ultimate version the game did not want to go further from the "loading, please wait" window. Thought maybe some extra installation required for the ultimate version (versus the standard which I had installed just 30 min ago), so I've uninstalled the game, installed the ultimate version.

Now the game stuck at loading screen where I can select "Start the game / Accessibility menu/ quit", showing "loading, please wait" and the animation for this text is not moving, in the background full screen the initial video is running without issues, so seems the game did not freez but I can not get to play the game.
I would prefer playing the game instead of refund, also I don't understand if the game was running without issues for standard version (through xbox pass) then if I purchase the ultimate version why it start to having issues.
Have tried to reboot my computer as well if it make any change, but it acts the same.
I have high end PC with high end GPU.

After I've opened this ticket I've started the game again, same "Loading please wait" and after a while it started to optimize for my pc and the game started.
I waited much longer previously with no effect, not sure what was the difference this time. Will report back and close this if I will able to play without facing the same issue again
