Forza Horizon 4

Hello, Microsoft! I spent 1 WEEK trying to solve the problem of your product! At first I'd like to say, that it is hilarious that a huge company like Microsoft can't create a good website for Xbox Live. Your Xbox website is lagging, bugging and so on. Ok, so the main problem. In Forza Horizon 4, I can't use Auction House, User's created vinyls, and so on! I turned on ALL OF PRIVACY SETTINGS, set an account age OVER 21, but that doesn't work! Sometimes the auction house, users created vinyls and are starting to work by their self, but after restarting the game they are unavailable again! There is a message "This feature is disabled by your parental control settings", but I AM NOT in any family in Microsoft, and just like I said, MY AGE IS SET OVER 21 YEARS OLD. How did I decide that it's your Xbox Live's fault? BECOUSE WHEN I'M TRYING TO MAKE A TICKET OF FORZA HORIZON 4 SUPPORT, THEIR WEBSITE IS SAYING THAT MY INFORMATION FROM XBOX LIVE IS UNACCESABLE FOR THAT TIME! So, I guess that because of your Xbox Live's fault, Forza Horizon can't get a Privacy settings that are set in my Xbox Live settings, that's why it's not allowing me to use community content. Like I said, sometimes the community content and auction house are starting to work (I guess they are starting to work when Forza Horizon can successfully get a privacy settings from Xbox live), but after restarting the game they are not working again. (I guess because after restart Forza Horizon can't get that information about privacy settings again)

So idk what else to do. Maybe the answer is that you should fix that by yourself.
