Forza Horizon 4

I have played forza horizon 4 on my computer with no problems with maybe an few frame drops driving into big cities but it is common. Recently the game has been only loading onto my cpu and the game crashes for no reason.

I have:

I5-8600k processor

Asus Z390 motherboard

Evga 1080 sc

a Samsung 250gb SSD with windows installed on it

and a 1tb Seagate barracuda Hard drive with all my games installed to it

I have no problems running any of my other games. But when running forza it will run only on CPU on ultra settings with fps locked at 72 frames. CPU will not reach over 70-80% but GPU will stay at 0% by what task manager says. In game it says its using 100%
GPU and should be reaching 120 FPS. Keeping the settings at ultra and 72 FPS I will be able to play for a couple minutes before the game crashes it's self sending me to windows home page. Lowering settings doesn't help and uncapping the 72 FPS puts my CPU
to 100% usage when playing the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled forza. I have checked all drivers and everything is up to date. I have wiped my computer clean and reinstalled everything and nothing is fixing this problem.
