Forza Horizon 4 wouldn't launch for no reason.

Recently I had disassembled my Alienware R5 17" to change the Thermal paste, for which I had to remove my SSD's & HDD. I have my OS installed in C drive, which is an M.2 SSD, purely only OS & nothing else. I have my games installed in other drive, E drive,
which is also an M.2 SSD. My game, Forza Horizon 4 was installed in E drive (SSD), which also I had to remove during disassembly to change thermal paste, unfortunately gives error saying, "Forza Horizon 4 can’t open because it is offline. The storage
device might be missing or disconnected." All the other games works fine EXCEPT for Forza Horizon 4, which was installed from Microsoft Store. Not only Forza Horizon 4 but also Xbox Insider hub, both gives same error. Posting screenshots for detailed
information. Worst part is I'm trying to contact Microsoft regarding the issue but I'm unable to do so as both Phone & Chat options are unavailable right now. Downloading game over & over again is not an feasible option or solution for anyone or anything as
75GB is not a joke no matter the internet connection plan. Hopefully someone replies to this post after referring to the screenshots & help me with a solution, except for uninstalling & reinstalling the game again!
