Forza Horizon 4 Will not load past intro screen

Forza 4 horizon stuck in infinite Loading screen did EVERTHING was told by xbox to contact forza then forza told me to contact xbox WOW 🤪

also i bought All forms of forza 4 horizon thinking that might help ughhh No no help been a week now with no forza 😩

i've done EVERYTHING as far as checking the connection/resetting my router. it never gets past the initial "loading files" screen after the intro......

I've been stuck on loading game screen on forza horizon 4 since last update. Heard nothing back from any of the forza people or Microsoft. Full reset and reinstall numerous times, to no avail. Son has had similar issues with fifa

Well my interface did indeed change over the weekend, although I didn't actually do anything to initiate it. I also did a hard boot, but no luck. I have seen all 7 of the opening cartoons so many times I am starting to dislike them, and no combination of
control button pushing will either stop them or continue to whatever is supposed to come next.

This is getting pretty old.

Have you updated to the new xbox dashboard? Make sure that you have, as this can affect the game.

If so, I'd reccomend giving your console a hard boot, as that may kick it into gear. YOu can do this by having the console on and at the dashboard, then holding down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until the console turns off.
Then wait a minute or two before turning it back on. Try again and let us know how you go
