Forza Horizon 4 will not launch, Forza support will not help

I get the Hang Type: Activation error, Forza support refuses to help and they refuse to fix the issue.

There are threads dating back to this game's release, they do nothing.

I bought the DLC and I can't even use it, I get game pass and the one game I actually want to use I can't play.

To add salt to the wound, the Forza Horizon 4 demo works perfectly, the legitimate game does not. I just want to play this game and my game pass is going to waste. There is a 23 page thread on Forza's forums, they do nothing to fix this issue. There's hundreds
of threads across the internet about this issue.

I don't understand how a first-party Microsoft developer is allowed to have a bug that makes the game entirely unplayable (shows splash screen, crashes due to "Hang Type: Activation" error in event viewer). The main thread on the Forza forums is 8 months
old, with other threads dating back to the game's release.

All I want to do is play FH4, but the developers do not care whatsoever. They immediately just close any tickets regarding this issue (and according to some, have banned them from using their support if they ask multiple times). I don't understand how Microsoft
allows their developers and their support to act this way.

I've tried just about everything I could find, I tried everything Forza has said to do, I've tried hundreds of community suggestions, all to no avail.

I'm almost to the point of giving up on Xbox, Game Pass, and Forza as a whole. All I want to do is play this game..
