Forza horizon 4: when switching windows it breaks the game

I launch the game normally. When I go to play the game and switch windows even for just a second the game disconnects me from the lobby. Simultaneously it gives me a popup on the top of the screen to press enter to view network diagnostics. When I press enter suddenly my esc, map and radio controls dont work anymore (doesnt matter if on controller or pc input). The glitch occurs 100% of the time and I cant play the game properly. Sometimes the glitch happens as soon as I enter the map(if I switch windows in the loading screen). I already tried resetting the app in windows settings. I dont get any error codes.

Specs:

cpu : i5 10400f

gpu : rtx 3080 10gb

ram : 32gb 2666MT

Reinstalling Forza Horizon 4. Also, does the your PC meet the
System Requirements needed to play on Forza Horizon 4?
