После вступления, выбора машины и выхода в открытый мир игра крашится без ошибки, всякие микрофоны отключал, службы, магазин чистил - ничего не работает, игру несколько раз переустановил, но все равно не помогло

В игре Forza Horizon 4 полностью отсутствует звук. Появляется лишь звук двигателя машин (даже звука речи нет) в видеороликах, а так и его нет. Звук в игре и микшере громкости наушников стоит на максимум. Допустим в Forza Horizon 4 Demo всё было хорошо. Подскажите,
что делать?

Thanks for your post. Do you mind clarifying which plat form you are on? If a reinstallation has been attempted, and you're on the Xbox One, try out a

soft factory reset. Be sure to keep your sign in information available to get back into your account easily and choose
"Reset and keep my games & apps" to prevent having to reinstall content after the reset.

Can you give us a few more details regarding your issue does your laptop meet the minimum requirements to play these
games? Check out our Support articles regarding the game Forza
Motorsport & Forza Horizon.

If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background
app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background
apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

My PC is above the minimal req. And I tried demo version - everything is ok. Turned off background apps - nothing changes. That's moment when game crashes

 

Fixed the problem by reinstalling Windows. I think the problem came from Windows Insider Preview
